I've been writing music in my spare time since I could afford my first keyboard (I never did master the recorder at school). In 1986 I helped form a Gary Numan covers band called YTDS and played gigs for a couple of years. After that ended, I worked alone and occasionally with others, releasing solo material online.

YTDS got together again in 2007 and toured the UK with Nash The Slash the following year. A fantastic experience! But all good things come to an end and it was back to working solo afterwards.

2011 saw me branching out into remixes for Global Citizen and Isolation Division. Since then I've released a couple of EPs and now working on an album - which WILL get finished one day... :-)

With my own music, I aim to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and my mouth to say "wow...". If it does that, I finish it, say "wow" some more, put it out there and hope other people say "wow" too.

Some people do, a fact for which I'm always very grateful.

What does it sound like? I guess my musical influences range from 80s electronica, Ennio Morricone, Mike Oldfield, Jean Michel Jarre, with a dash of the hard edged sensibilities of Nirvana, Marilyn Manson and Rammstein.

Music made with passion, not a commercial ear.

I've also been a DJ on internet and local radio which is great fun - you can find out more about my radio shows on the Radio Shows page.
